Operating Principle:

Drink bottles are feed from the bottle conveyor belt, during advancing, grouped into some lines by the bottle grouping belt, and then, according to requirements, into some rows by the bottle grouping device as a bottle group for continuous moving. When the bottles reach the transition conveyor belt, the roll package on the packet is cut by hob components into certain length and put at the bottom of the whole bottle groups, and the packing materials are winded by film winding device onto the bottle groups in certain mode.

Then the bottles enter the oven for heating, the packing materials are softened and shrunk after being heated and attached to the bottle groups, and finally the wrapped bottle groups are cooled by the fan.

7. Technical Features

7.1 Patent designed bottle feeding system: By adoption of permutation and combination of various products, convenient bottle type replacement and adjusting of permutation and combination are realized without addition of additional fittings. The low-impact bottle feeding separation system is suitable for packing beer bottles, soft PET bottles, and other fragile containers.

7.2 Advanced, safe and reliable configuration: The main drive of the machine is integrally controlled by imported servo controller, servo motor, SMC air control system, Germany SICK photoelectric control and Siemens S7 series PLC modules, ensuring low fault and high efficiency.

7.3 Unique film unrolling and cutting device: The patented film constant tension conveyor belt can simply and conveniently adjust the length of film. The film doesn’t fuse and is overlapped at the bottom of package to get an excellent exhibition effect.
